Culinary Innovation Coordinator

Description

The Innovation Coordinator will be responsible for the general coordination of the Product Innovation Department through data input, logistical coordination, and overall department support.

This role will sit in our Atlanta Support Center with an expectation to be onsite 80% of the time.


 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Product Innovation team in delivering against objectives and strategies set forth by Senior Leadership meeting annual product strategy and system sales performance goals.
  • Data input in the recipe management system (Agile) as is required by Developers and/or Directors.
  • Attend product category meetings, projects, or working sessions with PIPM and Developer.
  • Write consumer screeners after ideation sessions with the Product Developer and key Product Innovation team members.
  • Coordinate product showings (pipeline, Senior Leadership, etc.) with direction from the Director.
  • Coordinate FAC product showings & meetings.
  • Coordinate all Taste Tests and attend, when needed.
  • Coordinate all Social Engagement Activations, specific to food coordination & planning.
  • Coordinate Product Focus Groups and associated tactics.
  • Other duties assigned as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
  • A 4-year degree in Culinary, Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
  • 0-2 years of experience is required.

  • True Passion for food
  • Experience in working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
  • Can conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating.
  • Ability to bring projects to successful completion through political sensitivity.
  • Strong written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player; collegial - good at supporting teams.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills & presentation capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Accuracy & attention to detail are an absolute must.
  • Highly creative with an ability to be flexible & open to new ideas.
  • Ability to travel 10%-30% domestically as needed.
